Set in the small rural town of Riola Sardo, Agriturismo Il Melograno is 12 km outside of Oristano. The property produces its own Cannonau and Vernaccia certified wines, and features a garden with lemon and pomegranate trees. Rooms are simply furnished with tiled floors and a wrought-iron bed. The owners have decided not to include a TV, to allow you to completely escape and enjoy the countryside. Il Melograno serves a continental breakfast out on the patio surrounded by olive vines. The restaurant is open in the summer and serves traditional Sardinian cuisine. The property is near the Peninsula of Sinis and near a swamps where you can do some bird watching. The popular beach of Is Aruttas, is 20 km away. The nearest bus stop is only 300 metres away.
